Cancellation and payment conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Free cancellation rate
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

The total amount of the reservation must be paid within the same deadline (5 days before check-in) by instant bank transfer to the bank details that will be provided.

In case of non-payment within the indicated deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

In case of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.

Non-refundable rate
For bookings made with a non-refundable rate, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking by instant bank transfer and is not refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
In case of non-payment within the same date of the booking, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
